A brief history of my working life

I started my working life in Victoria the banking sector and completed 12 years before accepting an opportunity to work as a payroll officer in the oil and gas industry.

After a few years I got itchy feet and went west and settled in Perth and have lived here ever since. After a couple more years doing payroll, I was given the opportunity to become the Finance Manager for an air-conditioning company with an annual turnover of 20 million.

In 2011 I started my own business and now have over 20 regular clients of a wide variety of industries that utitlise some or all of my services.

This working history has given me a solid grounding in all things required for me in my business. I can reconcile accounts, process payrolls on a number of payroll systems including Reckon (Quicken) SAP, Micropay, Xero and MYOB, lodge BAS returns, input general ledger journals, liaise with troublesome debtors, enter sales invoices and pay creditors.
